Bon Picnic Ice Cream

Why did we open Bon Picnic? Because we love ice cream!

When we were growing up, happiness was as simple as a cold scoop of ice cream on a hot summer day.

Our goal is to make each bite of our ice cream recall that simple childhood delight: licking an ice cream cone, cold and sweet, in a race against the melting heat.

It’s a tall order, so we pull out all the stops! We use the best ingredients we can get our hands on–Italian hazelnuts, Madagascan vanilla beans, Taiwanese passionfruit. We write our recipes from scratch so that we can control the sweetness and texture perfectly. We employ the techniques and care for detail that we learned from making pastry in Paris.

And finally, we (taste) test relentlessly. We don’t stop until a new flavor brings a smile to our lips, because that’s how we know it’s ready.

We hope that our ice cream brings a smile to your face too. Come try some out, the first bite’s on us 🙂

Paul, Aiszu, and Toki (the Shiba Inu) opened Bon Picnic together. They chose the name Bon Picnic because a scoop of ice cream is all you need for an excellent picnic!

別人問到 … 為什麼要做冰淇淋? 答案是 … 因為我們對冰淇淋充滿了熱情 !

小時候,在炎熱的夏天,帶著一桶外出用的冰桶,裡面裝著冰涼的水果和飲料,當然還有小朋友最愛的冰淇淋,全家就這麼野餐去,回憶起吃著一球草莓冰淇淋,開心的要飛上天的心情

希望大家在吃我們的冰淇淋時也能回憶起小時候那麼單純的慾望

Bonpicnic 小野餐由美籍老闆 Paul 嚴選頂級的原料 ,例如義大利的西西里榛果
馬達加斯加的香草夾,日本丸久小山園的抹茶粉,法國進口的草莓以及台灣的新鮮百香果再親手製作成冰淇淋

Bonpicnic小野餐冰淇淋的特色就是Paul他在浪漫之都“巴黎”所學的甜點技巧,用法式甜點的工法來製造我們的冰淇淋, 在沒有使用基底粉的方式下,每一個口味都能任意掌握它的甜度和口感,淡淡的天然水果香氣沒有浮誇的香料味道卻深深的印記在心裡。
